Synopsis
倒賣人體器官集團的主腦洪文剛罹患嚴重心臟病，為了活命他甚至計劃摘取親弟弟洪文標的心。志傑隨老大去碼頭劫持試圖逃跑的洪文標，他的上司見叔叔陳國華接到線報後也率隊趕往現場，三方隨即展開了激烈的交火。僥倖逃生的志傑被送到泰國一所監獄。獄警阿猜對志傑的真實身份生出許多疑惑，而之後他無意中發現了監獄裡的可怕秘密。為了營救侄子，陳國華不遠萬里追到泰國……
