Synopsis
百星酒店是一所位于着名旅游胜地杭州湖五星级占贝华酒店。由于服务人手短缺，集团只好将一班四星级酒店的员工全数调职百星酒店工作，这群员工的心包括了日夜盼望升为大堂经理的副经理包定(郑中基饰演)；觉得自己是明星胚子的餐饮主管兼酒保彭俊(杜汶泽饰演)；对房间整理严格接近病态的房务总管桃姐(吴君如饰演)；一心希望嫁个有钱人的前台Sammy(盛君饰演)。根据可靠消息，专门为酒店评级的神秘评级员，很快就会到百星酒店明查暗访，假若员工水准不达标，百星酒店将会由五星降级到四星。集团有见及此，遂空降了炒人不贬眼的古黛(毛舜筠饰演)到百星酒店当经理，重新整顿酒店的人事及架构。
