从前置到拍摄历时近三年的时间，《品。味》是首部关于台湾精致餐饮文化的系列纪录片，除了呈现台湾精致餐饮的多元样貌，更带领观众深度探索料理创作背后的故事。看包括国际名厨江振诚的11位主厨们如何融合料理经验与个人故事，发挥自己的巧思与创意，将台湾料理推向国际的舞台，并为台湾摘下梦寐以求的米其林星。
