Synopsis
加拿大贩毒组织拥有高效的超级实验室，每个星期可以生产20到30公斤的芬太尼。芬太尼是一种合成阿片类药物，药效比海洛因强50倍，2016至2024年，加拿大各地就有近5万人死于药物过量。为了遏止药物过量的现象恶化，不列颠哥伦比亚省获得联邦政府批准，采取了为期3年的毒品无罪化措施。但是这项措施不但不奏效，还被嗜毒者滥用。_x000d_
