AGIM SOPI was born on July 23, 1956. He began his studies at the Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Filmowa w Łódźi - Poland. He continued his studies in Zagreb and graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Zagreb (Croatia), in the brunch of film directing, Bachelor and Master level. During the period of the communist regime of the former Yugoslavia, the works of Mr. Sopi have been contested and banned for political motivations.
