Гусевой, с отличием окончила Санкт-Петербургский государственный университет профсоюзовпо специальности «режиссура мультимедиа» — ученица Константина Бронзита. С 2005 года работает на студии анимационного кино «Мельница». Главный режиссёр, художник персонажей, сценарист и редактор сериала «Лунтик и его друзья».
