Benny is the manager of the heavily in debt family business. He is also the guardian of his dead sister's mischievous kids. Rahul hires Annie as governess. Annie is a runaway from home as she does not want to marry the man her orthodox family has chosen for her. Predictably, Benny and Annie fall in love.

Unni is wrongly accused for murder of Kannan in Dubai. Sheikh Al Mubharak Rasim Khalid tells Unni's elder brother Nandagopalan Vishwanathan that he can release Unni if he gets he can get a letter from Kannan's family that they have pardoned Unni and all the members of Unni's family should sign the letter. Nandagopalan goes to Unni's house disguised as a Sheikh from Sharjah and trying to fool everyone in signing the letter without telling the truth of the contents of the letter.

Hana Lee is a lonely woman who visits the local bar, night after night, waiting for her "hero" to take her away. A mystery to everyone, the small town locals speak of her in whispers, except for Karl, the compassionate bartender, who shares her hopes that her hero will appear.

The film is about Benny Chacko (Jayaram) who is a cable operator and has dreams of getting rich. His friend (Nedumudi Venu) gives him the idea of getting married so that with the dowry he can fulfill his dreams.
