Synopsis
《翻乡找味》的主持人，将连同四位来自会馆的代表，带领大家寻根作乐。深入浅出、轻轻松松了解认识新加坡各个籍贯的特色和文化。这一集重点介绍潮州的戏曲文化、陈旭年宅第一栋新加坡文化保留遗产和寻找失传的潮州小吃。名厨Chef Daniel将示范《普宁豆酱焖排骨》的做法，参赛者必须回答四道问题，以便换取所需的食材，照原版烹调，最后成功虏获名厨味蕾的参赛者，晋级到半决赛，继续接受挑战
