Synopsis
北洋军阀割据时期，某个雨夜，天城县一兵工厂内因子弹失窃，一小女孩被迫以「俄罗斯轮盘」的方式以示清白，结果当场毙命。后来兵工厂发生连环枪杀案，但都找不到弹头。自此兵工厂开始流传一个诅咒──幽灵子弹出现，所有人都要死！心思慎密的新任警政官松东路（刘青云 饰）联同年青干探郭追（谢霆锋 饰），利用科学的验证及推理手法，把诅咒的谜团一层一层慢慢的解开……
