Synopsis
对于长沙人来说,夜生活分为四个阶段:预热场、上半场、下半场、午夜场。在预热场的饭局要先填饱肚子,天还没黑,店外就坐满了排队的食客,招牌美味是皮蛋肉丸,最初是一道在家宴上即兴创作的菜品,将肉馅与碎皮蛋混合,再嵌入一枚咸蛋黄,口感独特但格外鲜美。晚上九点,进入上半场,渔人码头是长沙新晋的吃虾聚集地,在这里吃着小龙虾、吹着江风、看着江景,是属于年轻人的夜生活。而湘江对岸,沿江排布着桌凳,长沙老口子们喝着茶吃着凉菜,这是属于他们的深夜食堂。
